For all Return or Refund Queries, please contact the Sivan Team at Please be sure to include both the order number and order date. You may be required to speak with a Sivan Team representative in order to process your return or refund.


Unused Products

Unopened products may be returned for any reason within 15 days of delivery. Items must be in unused condition and fully sealed. 


Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged, the Sivan Team will refund your order amount in full through store credit or ship a replacement item. In order to process a damaged product claim, please submit the following items to within 3 days after delivery:

  1. Order Number & Order Date
  2. Picture of the Shipping Label on the exterior of the Shipping Carton
  3. Pictures of the Shipping Carton/Mailer
  4. Pictures of the Damaged Product 

Once we receive the following items, the Sivan team will review and process your claim accordingly. 


Product Tracking

Sivan CBD LLC will provide a tracking number via email correspondence once an order is processed. The tracking number may be offered by the following carriers: USPS, UPS, Fedex, DHL or Other. If the tracking number indicates that an order has been fulfilled and delivered to the correct address, as per the order confirmation, then Sivan CBD LLC is not responsible for replacing an item deemed missing. In the event that an order is missing from the delivery address and is marked delivered as per the tracking number information, then we advise our customers to contact their local post office or the shipping carrier directly.
